1. General Information: These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and interactions with Elizabeth Louise Hair & Makeup. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

2. Bookings & Payments: A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance is due 1 day prior to the booking date unless agreed otherwise. Payments can be made via bank transfer as stated on invoice..

3. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or text. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 3 days of the event, the full booking amount may be payable. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, we will offer a full refund of any payments made.

4. Changes to Bookings: Requests to change the date, time, or location of a booking are subject to availability and must be made in writing. Changes within 3 days of the booking date may incur additional fees.

5. Travel & On-Location Fees: Travel fees will be added to your quotation/invoice, the fee amount will depend on the distance stylist is required to travel. Parking costs, tolls, and accommodation (if required) must be covered by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities: The client must ensure a suitable environment is available for services (e.g., good lighting, seating, power points). All clients must arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean face unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of illness, poor hygiene, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Health & Safety: Please advise of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for allergic reactions or complications that may arise.

8. Photography & Media: We may take photos of our work for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish for your images to be used on our website or social media.

9. Limitation of Liability: Elizabeth Louise Hair & Makeup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
